about the ImageSolutions selling pillows, body pillows and prints of cosplayer with some odd release forms saying the photos could be used for things to advertise his photo services.but there being sold on
pillows, body pillows and prints so now is breach of contract. some photo are being use with out a model release form.

a lot of cosplayer don’t know that there image are being use this way.

yes, later they found out they sign it but was for a model release form for using likeness for
 for advertisement for they’re web site and marketed as promotional material for his services. never for selling there likeness on items.
 
selling and promotional contract are 2 different things.

i still stand what he did was wrong! about selling there image on pillow with out them knowing or with out they’re consent.

It seemed like a cool concept and at no point did anyone mention selling the photos for profit, on a body pillow or otherwise.

Honestly if you want to sell body pillows of costumers you can find girls who would be ok with it for a share of the sales or a flat fee. Just look at pixel vixens or cosplay deviants. However to sell images of a persons back side that where taken under the pretense of a 3d rotating figure with out informing them and getting there consent is just wrong. telling them they’re model release form is for advertisement for they’re web site. but then selling they’re likeness on item making money off it is not cool.

 Even if the pillows are not marketed as a sexual thing most of the people buying them are doing so for that purpose. A vibrator marketed as a “personal massager” is still a fucking vibrator.

2 Image Solutions has agreed to change their policy and will no longer be selling posters, prints, pillows, stickers and other materials of cosplayers unless the individual cosplayer requests the products themselves. still omg my photos I took are all over the place and my video. Over all I’m glad it all resolve the 2 image solution. They change practice. No longer selling image cosplayer with there knowing. It will be by choose of person if want there stuff print on things. Like a photo places.Hopeful they will keep to there new practices.
Now more people coming out about pillows thing now. I can’t do any thing about that.i was happy to make people a wear of thing and helping my friends.

all i wanted to do was to help my friends.

But I’m Glad the attention way from me now. In a few days people will move on find something new to freak about in Cosplay.

Hopeful soon everything will back to normal. But it was neat to having a voice.
